Schedule (Full-Time)
- Monday & Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide preventative and periodontal care with a strong focus on patient experience
- Educate patients in a way that builds trust and improves long-term oral health
- Use iTero scanning for Invisalign case support and patient education
- Capture intraoral images and assist with CBCT imaging
- Support clinical flow, including helping with limited exam overflow when needed
- Work closely with a team that values communication and collaboration

Now Hiring: Patient Coordinator

APPLY HERE FOR PATIENT COORDINATOR POSITION
Schedule (Full-Time)
- Monday & Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming, professional experience
- Manage a high volume of calls, texts, and emails throughout the day
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to keep the office running efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate coverage clearly to patients
- Review treatment plans and help patients understand next steps
- Collect payments and discuss financial responsibilities with confidence
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Prepare for upcoming schedules and support daily clinical flow
- Coordinate with specialists, labs, and referring offices
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment and outstanding care
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills. Someone who naturally connects with people and communicates with confidence
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once in a busy environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient under pressure
- Confident discussing scheduling, treatment, and financial responsibilities
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly (Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative without constant direction
